But I'm an early riser. The sooner you rise, the more you will be able to do for the day.

Night is a perfect time of the day. Time for the desires, aspirations and possibilities that hide in the light of the day light. The time of awakening hidden passions and inner thirst.

At six thirty in the morning Mr. Crowley woke up and swore. It reminded me of the work hours: it was the old rough cuckoo, in which at least a clock exhibit. As far as I know, swearing he's only in the mornings. Perhaps it helped him to relax and start the day fresh, having thrown out from the head of night thoughts.

The first hour after awakening was for me the most unpleasant part of the day.

You might think that all the troubles in the world occur because people every day commit a grave mistake, getting out of bed in the morning.

However, to stand not so hard as to Wake up. At that moment, when I open my eyes, the work day is already done.

What I hate about the morning is that it always comes when I'm still asleep. I get up, wash, dress, get somehow to the kitchen, filled up orange juice, all in a fog. I Wake up really soon after the fourth pancake and a second Cup of coffee...

He emerged from sleep like skinny swimmer popping up from the icy water.

It was like awakening against my will: you're still in a dream, but can't resist the morning sun penetrating through the thin skin of the eyelids and cling to the weak remnants of sleep. It is in such moments to comprehend its true beauty.

When you Wake up, every time you appear again out of nowhere. And so does everything else. And death is the replacement of the usual morning Wake-up with something else, something quite impossible to think. We do not have this tool, because our mind and the world is one and the same.

When a man rises from sleep early in the morning, he is feeling a gnawing emptiness inside, like a sense of impending disaster, and now the feeling came upon him with tenfold force.

The man who begins to feel the suffering of life, however, and to awaken to a deeper, true reality. For suffering smashes to pieces the complacency of our normal fictions about reality, forcing you to become in a sense more alive - to see carefully, to feel deeply, to refer to those ways of knowing ourselves and the world, which we have hitherto avoided.

I think we both felt a sense of a man not wanting to Wake up from a pleasant dream, but crossing the border of reality now the harder it will be to attract to itself the sleep, okonchatelnoe that will be removed. I felt acute anxiety waking is mixed with barren sweetness of the leaving sleep and cancerous tumor eats away at our souls. The disease struck both of us simultaneously, as if operated according to a predetermined plan. But the first symptom was sudden - it became fun.

Awakening is a parachute jump from the dream.
