A performance without beautiful thoughts is like a theater without scenery. The scenery creates an atmosphere, and the quotes open the entrance to dormant wisdom.

Once again, I will say an important thought - a set of different quotes, opinions of authorities and interesting sayings of the greats should be in the arsenal of every speaker. In this way, the speaker will decorate any of his performances.

With a quote, you can start your presentation. You can end your speech with a quote. A quote can be used to summarize a part of speech. Of course, aerobatics, when you will have such a speech that your own words during the speech are parsed into quotes.

For a speaker, quotes are a lifesaver. You can use them whenever you want, but do not get carried away by quantity, everything should be in moderation.

When you speak your thoughts, and even if they are not inferior in depth and wisdom to the thoughts of great people, they are more likely to be criticized from outside. Strange, but we always want inaccessible wisdom, and everything that is available is not interesting to us.

Observe the children, because they are real teachers for speakers - they speak the truth in simple words and accompany everything with gestures.

You can learn gestures on your own if you stop speaking out loud during the rehearsal of your performance. Shut up and show what you say, and say the text to yourself. Several times do this exercise near the mirror, and you will forever learn the secrets of gestures.

The main rule of gestures is to show everything you are talking about, use it and you simply will not have problems with gestures. I have repeated this golden rule of the speaker more than once.

- He smoked and looked at me, - you show it as if you are holding a cigarette in your hand and with your body make a gesture as if you are looking down from the balcony.

If you are performing with a microphone in your hands, then change your hands often. In this case, the rule is that one hand holds the microphone and the other gestures.

If you are standing near a board, flipchart or near the product that you represent, try to constantly change your position relative to it. Stay on one side, then go to the other side.
