Anger and arousal, no doubt, make us more susceptible to disease. On the other hand, if the mind is tranquil and occupied with positive thoughts, the body will become susceptible to disease.

Because the child can not survive without the care of others, love is its main breeding ground. Happiness in childhood, the absence of many childhood fears and the healthy development of self-confidence - all depends on love.

At the heart of the truth of the way leading to the cessation of suffering is compassion. This involves the development of a virtuous mind and kind heart, that is, in other words, the development of motivation to service and benefit others. This is the essence of the path that leads to the elimination of suffering.

Karma has a specific impact: non-virtuous actions cause suffering and virtuous always bring happiness. If you sow goodness, you will reap happiness; if you sow wickedness, you will reap suffering.

Death is not that other, as the separation of consciousness from the physical body. If you are not willing to accept consciousness as a phenomenon of life, it will be very difficult to explain what life is. The period when the consciousness connected with the body and between them saved the relationship, we call life, the moment when the mind ceases its relationship with the body we call death.

If we let compassionate and altruistic attitude guide our lives, we will be able to make great achievements, which are not capable of other forms of life. If we can turn this precious human form for good, it will have value in the future. Then our human existence will be truly priceless.
