I think during the day there are just certain lines or words coming in, and so I write it down on my phone. It can be just one or two words that subsequently inspire you to write an entire song.
But, if I take writing more seriously, I sit down and say to myself, "I want to write this song." I usually have an idea and I know exactly how I want to develop it, and this is already possible with the help of programming. I often use substitutions and MIDI during this, which helps me find exactly the sound I'm looking for. I put the song together and then overlay the vocals. That's all I'm doing now. That's how our CDs were recorded, and that's how we started. You burn a few copies, then you try to sell, and if no one buys anything, then you just give them away. I still do. It's one of the cool aspects of having a major label, so we can try out new songs first, then refine them and go into a studio that is known for having their own proper sound, which can record drums and add some special feel to the sound of the song.
I make music and my favorite part is the harmonic combination. And I love that some of the chords just fit together. And that's how the song is created and grows.

The art of writing songs is a constant attempt to come up with more ways to verbally Express their own views and ideas. Only, you know, more metaphorical. And it's not the desire to disguise their own position for fear of expressing it directly; it is rather an attempt to present own thoughts in a more creative way. The man who writes the songs, always a pleasure trying to come up with a new metaphor or a new way to shed light on the problem, which in the history of songwriting has been raised many times. However, there is a type of song where you want the listener to understand what you want to say. In such a situation it makes sense to be expressed clearly and unambiguously. 'Neon Gravestones' I originally saw one of these songs. I knew we need to speak directly. Beautiful and graceful metaphors would distract the listener from the problem in question.

When I started writing songs, I wrote, not thinking that anyone would listen to them, so from the beginning I was very honest in his lyrics. It's even more like a kind of personal diary. However, when people began to listen and pay attention to our work, there was a time when I felt like naked in view of the fact that all these people hear about the most profound things that you can fight like a man. But people took it so that I understood what's supposed to be music; it should shed light on things that you really can't talk to people in the everyday environment. Music allows you to do this, it allows you to lift heavy and unusual for today's everyday life issues, so we always try to use it in their music.

Happiness quickly disappears. It depends on things that happen around me. And if I depended only on those things - I'd just gone mad. You must find something greater than happiness. I have a joy that is, I think, is increasing throughout my life. I hope more than one moment, or day, or month, or year. I think that when you find joy, you find peace. And when you find peace, you obviously found what you believe.

It is very important to understand how the days; the sun sets and then rises again. Helped me a lot knowing that you can always start again. Let's consider the following situation: you had a bad day, or maybe you made some decisions that now I regret. There's something about starting anew each time, based on the fact that the sun had risen, and that means another new day. In this thought, you can find comfort, and that's what really helped me.

Many teenagers all over the country, around the world, on a daily basis trying to find answers to a huge number of questions without end come to them in the head. "What is my purpose in life?" "why am I here?". And sometimes, when you can't find an answer, it leads you to what you in any case should not do... I feel that most people of the older generation when they hear that someone is struggling with this, respond like this: "no, this is nonsense, stop thinking about it, distracted, you're just trying to draw attention to yourself..." But this song, I mean... look, I understand that you can hurt yourself, I understand that. But come on now you try to take that negative energy and redirect her to something else, to take it away from you, move the momentum on something like art, or music like this, or even me. You know? For anything but to cause myself pain.

The people with whom I'm not familiar, familiar with the music I create, and this is the moment when you come to the realization that all of this - something bigger than yourself, and that your group is an intangible existence. It is the coolest feeling in the world.

I don't know what you expect from this show. Don't know have you been waiting for something larger or smaller, whatever. But I asked something from you at the beginning of the set, and I think that's a great question because it says a lot about you. Now I ask you again, and you don't have to answer if you don't want to do this. But if you want to, I want you to hear, okay? I want to know something. This place, right here, right now: I would like to know if there's anyone here who's happy to be alive today? [crowd applauds]. It's hard, you know? Perhaps you'll forget about this show after some time, will forget what happened here today. But I want you to know something. When you come home, trying to sleep, trying to find answers to the hard questions which come to mind and interfere with sleep at night, I want you to always remember that today there was a group of people who were glad that they were alive.

There are those who do not want to feel alone in overcoming the challenges they faced, and I hope that people get that feeling with our music. And there are people who need to know their problem belongs only to them and that only they can overcome it. Because sometimes when someone is next to me and said: "Oh, Yes, I understand you. I know people who have been through the same things as you" - you don't want to hear it. Sometimes you want to own a problem. A lot of our songs it's kind of things that I go through personally, and see that others also face this. And when to this is added, for example, the joyful bits, they don't even realize that the lines that they sing, or the tune that they are humming, in fact, carry a very deep idea.

This song, "Truce", she is the quieter kind of songs, with the writing which I have not met. I wrote a quiet song for a long time, I just did not feel that such songs have a place in this album, except perhaps that in the end. Partly it shows my maturity as a composer. When I sit down at the piano, I have the opportunity to change the key of the song to one side, to add or change something. One of the first things you discover as a composer and programmer is patience; the ability to slow down and not to pile everything into one song. Of course, you can listen to the whole album and say something like, "you're not so good job on that song." However, excuse me, but Truce so good that it's just me and a piano. I remember talking to the producer about how we wanted to sound piano, and he said, "I want to hear, as if piano is a bit distant, as if it is behind several layers of curtains." So we came to this sound a little creepy, but not terrifying, just to give the voice more opportunities to say what he wants to say. Truce is one of those songs with which I wanted to tell people that you need to wait and everything will change. There is always someone who's going through the same difficulties as you. I know there are many groups that say they want to help people with their music, and I know that most of it is crap. However, if someone inspires my music, all my existence is justified, so it would be crazy not to try. In General, this song is called Truce, and I hope she properly finishes the album.

It was one of those songs, the melody for which had come as of itself and seemed so natural. But, when I finished working on it and showed other people, I realized that it was very unnatural. But to me it does not hurt, that's actually why I became attached to her. This is one of those songs that many do not understand when you first listen, but I like it. Also, this song is actually about... well, in the days of College when my radio was stolen from a car, and I don't know about others, but the first thing I do when I get in the car, I immediately turn on the radio, but after this incident I was not able to do it some time. Of course, I decided to write a song about it, I'm an emotional dude. However, it was interesting to watch my mind when I'm at some time removed the distraction in the form of music from his life. The head was quite different thoughts. It's really funny, and I still advise people to stay in silence for a while, because it promotes the arrival of new thoughts. Thoughts that should come to mind, however, because of the constant distraction that is not happening. In General, this song is about that period of my life and the lesson I learned from this.

• We are little: we are a relatively small group of people - no matter if we grow, get smaller or remain the same, and I love that about us. one of my good friend and respected journalist once told me, "this is the only ambiguous clicks that I have ever seen."
• We are proud: when you're watching each of these people individually, it may not fit. however, when they all gather in one place, become a single thinking body, a body that is proud at least that he's alive.
• We are emotional: that's what we are. the suppression or ignoring of emotions brings one step closer to the cessation of existence. music takes any slight our emotion and raises her, protects and cares for her.
:: emotional:: we are. and that's good. |-/
•the few: we are such a relatively small group of people, and whether we grow, shrink or stay the same, i love that about us. a good friend and respected journalist said to me, "it's the only non-exclusive clique I've ever seen."
•the proud: when you observe any of these individuals in their individual lives, this word may not fit, but when you witness these individuals to gather together in one room thinking they become one organism, an organism that is proud of at least one thing, it is alive.
•the emøtiønal: this is who we are. to suppress or ignore this would be one step closer to not existing. music takes what little emotion we may have and cradles it, protects it, and nourishes it.
::emøtiønal:: we are that. and that is good. |-/

I remember the first time I was faced with death. It happened about two and a half years ago. There was one girl who came to every single show that she could just come. We learned it at every gig. I'll never forget the morning when we were going to play a show in our hometown. Someone informed us that she committed suicide. It shocked me. She told us about how our music helped her to cope with bad thoughts. I still remember her. Constantly. I don't want to happen again. It was a tough moment of my life.
