People of the spirit evoke some amazing indignation and disgust in others, respecting them from afar and turning to them when necessary; they not only do not love them and do not look at them as equals, but avoid them in every possible way.

In troubled times of general misfortune, a person is the more useful the more his life and thoughts are directed towards spiritual and super-personal things, the more he has learned to honor, observe, bow, serve and sacrifice.

They did not separate themselves from nature, and did not try to forcefully penetrate its secrets, they never opposed themselves to it and without being at odds with it, they always felt themselves to be part of it and were reverently devoted to it. They could not treat the forces of nature with anything other than fear. Fear reigned over people's lives.

And memory, sense memory - the soil is more fertile and deeper than the best systems and methods of thinking.
