God, in his anger, brings foreigners to the earth, and then in grief people remember God; internecine war comes from the devilish temptation, after all, God does not want evil to people, but good; but the devil rejoices in evil murder and shedding of blood, kindling quarrels and envy, fraternal hatred, slander.
