Ahimsa develops the strength of the soul, the strength of the will, the strength of the spirit.

Consciousness takes the form of any object to which it is directed.

Meat is extremely detrimental to health. It leads to helminthiasis and kidney disease. Killing animals for the sake of turning them into human food is a terrible sin.

Nutrition is closely related to consciousness.

Stop slandering and boasting.

Care must be taken not to waste this precious life in vain.

Avoid harming even the smallest insects and patiently endure difficulties: heat, cold, etc. This is the practice of patience.

Do not harm any living beings.

Don't hurt anyone by thought, word or deed.

The great teachers of the past taught their teachings for the benefit of mankind. They did not seek to gain a benefit for themselves, nor to create more trouble and unrest in the world. By their personal example, they advocated contentment, tolerance, and unselfish service to others.

We should strive to get rid of laziness, aggressiveness, ignorance, lust, attachment, clinging, envy and hatred. Reflection on the favorable conditions in which we have been fortunate enough to find ourselves makes it possible to get rid of these negative habitual tendencies.

If there is even a little anger in a person, then the atmosphere around him becomes impure. Anger, envy and pride pollute the atmosphere.

Living and creating in their own language, the Russian people, as befits a great cultured people, generously shared their gifts with their humble neighbors, felt into their lives, listened to their originality, learned from them, sang them in their poetry, adopted their art, their songs, their dances and their clothes, and simply and sincerely considered them to be his brothers.

The essence of man and the strength of society is spirituality, the spiritual principle. If it is possible to define the features of our existence in a short phrase, then we will come to these words and these concepts. The spiritual principle, having once arisen, settled in us and among us, remains with us, does not die in us, must be preserved by us as the true basis of social and personal consciousness and being.
