This is an extremely racist thesis. We'll be raising some individuals, and with the rest, what are you going to do? Is it their fate? But this is still a dogma. Ideological dogma in relation to education.

The development of Russia is impossible without a conflict with the West. The collective West is not interested in any development of Russia. Example: production and sale of weapons.
