If philosophy reinforces and asserts our initial feeling that we and nature are one, if it turns this belief into deep, calm contemplation, then I welcome philosophy.
Where does the belief come from in my head that it is shameful to take on something and not cope?
In his speech, the speaker must constantly add facts, otherwise his speech is unconclusive.
You can learn to speak beautifully and emotionally, but without facts, your speech will not be convincing enough.
Any speaker speaks for a purpose. The purpose of any speech is to motivate the person to take action. If you, as a speaker, want to get people to take action, then you need to be very persuasive. And you can be convincing with facts.
What is a fact? Why is this the most stubborn thing in the world? The word fact comes from the Latin word factum - accomplished. The term "fact" is often used in modern speech. What for? A person's thinking is triggered automatically when he hears some "fact" and immediately receives a signal that what is said is true, a real event or result. A fact is something concrete, not abstract. Well, or quite simply, the fact equals the truth. When a speaker uses facts in his speech, then the audience understands that they are being told the truth or irrefutable truth. Thus, the speaker's speech becomes convincing. And not just convincing, but very convincing.
The speaker must convince with facts, not with his reflections or conclusions.

An entire presentation can only be built on stories alone that lead the audience to the thoughts the speaker needs. As an example, a number of stories that convince the listener to do fitness in your club and in your coaches.

Reason works for its master when there is faith. If a person does not believe that he can be helped, help will not come. This is evidenced by the nocebo effect. When the mind is attuned to illness, it creates a conducive environment and develops it. It all ultimately comes down to our thoughts.
