There is nothing more in harmony with human nature than charity; but it must have its own laws. We must beware that our good deeds do not injure others and do harm to those whom we wish to benefit; that our generosity should not exceed our means, and that our gift should correspond to the merit of those who receive it: for this is the basis of justice, to which all our actions must obey.
To direct, to order what is just, useful, in accordance with the laws - these are the tasks of officials. Laws order officials, officials order the people. It can be said that the government is the speaking law, and the law is the dumb government.
On the other hand, having become acquainted with the lecture "On the Law of Mutual Aid" delivered at the Congress of Russian Naturalists in January 1880 by Professor Kessler, the former Dean of St. Petersburg University, I saw that it sheds new light on the whole issue. According to Kessler, in addition to the law of Mutual Struggle, in nature there is also the law of "Mutual Aid", which plays a much more important role than the law of Mutual Struggle for the success of the struggle for life, and especially for the progressive evolution of species.

It is simply amazing how humanity likes to constantly step on the same rake, trying to regulate prices to please the political situation. These attempts always end with the disappearance of the product or the rise in prices for it. After all, nobody canceled the law of value.
When it was necessary to keep the law, they trampled it down; and now that the law has ceased to operate, they persist in keeping it.
A foot on your neck, in ninety percent of cases, indicates that you are dealing with the law.
Man himself is responsible for his own destiny, since it is created by his own actions. Only he, and no one else, must experience the consequences of all his actions. Good deeds create a happy future, bad deeds create an unhappy future, but a person is forced to experience all reactions without exception. This is the law of Prakriti and no one can change it.
There is nothing indisputable. This also applies to the Constitution.
