Capitalism has solved the problem of coercion differently. He doesn't do good by force. He doesn't do it at all. You - free sheep? Well. Think for yourself. Ensure your future supply, education, health - yourself. The state under capitalism is a Sheriff in westerns. The guy with the big colt, which thereby provides a great colt HIMSELF, because every man for HIMSELF thinks. He, at best, your health will be curious, and to do it they will ONLY if it is profitable and WHILE it is profitable. The role of his - not a babysitter and caregiver for the mentally crippled, he is the guarantor of a modicum of order. Not Order with a capital letter, and at least some precarious balance, for example if suddenly maniac shows up, well, just trampling all the laws and the Sheriff is not paying, so who was this maniac to Lynch. Socialism is not state property, but it cannot be without state ownership.

Socialism is not about how to select and divide, but to unite, integrate resources and to use them for the benefit of the whole society. The idea is to separate and disassemble - it is just a bourgeois idea.

Planned economy - it's not about calculation. The question is not how to calculate, and the question is, whose interests count, in the interests of any social groups; who will make the decision, say, about the implementation of a project.
