Most people think that peace and joy are the goals of the spiritual life. Wrong. Peace and joy are the foundations of a prosperous life. If you want to enjoy your dinner today, you must be calm and happy. If you want to enjoy your family, your work, the world you live in, you must be calm and happy. Peace and joy are not something that is usually achieved at the end of life. This is the very foundation of your life. If you consider peace as your ultimate goal, you will only “rest in peace”!

If your thoughts and emotions are your own creation, you can shape them in any way you want.

The human mechanism is the most complex physical form on the planet. You are the most sophisticated technical device, but the problem is that you do not know where the keyboard is. It's like controlling a supercomputer with a pickaxe and a wrench!

Your success in the world depends largely on how skillfully you use the capabilities of your body and mind. So, to achieve success, agreeableness must be your core inner quality.

No matter how vast the territory allotted to us may be, as soon as we realize its limitations, we instinctively long to transcend the boundaries. In the East, this thirst has been culturally recognized as the supreme goal of all human activity and endeavor. Freedom - mukti or moksha - is seen as the natural need of every person and our ultimate destiny. We just don’t realize this and therefore strive to achieve it in parts - through gaining power, money, love or knowledge. Or we hope for another great fun of today - shopping!

And that's what I'm trying to teach people now: if you really want to know spirituality, don't look for anything. People think that spirituality is the search for God, Truth or the Absolute. The problem is that you have already determined for yourself what exactly you are looking for. It is not the object of your search that is important, but the ability to look. What is missing in the modern world is the ability to simply look, without intention. Every person is a psychological being who wants to assign meaning to every phenomenon. "Searching" does not mean "searching for something." It's about enhancing your perception, your very ability to see.

It has always seemed strange to me that the world does not realize the immensity of the state of “I don’t know.” Those who destroy this state with their beliefs and assumptions completely miss a wonderful opportunity to learn. They forget that “I don’t know” is the only door to seeking and knowing.

People always come out of restaurants with happier faces than from churches.

The deeper your understanding of the human mechanism, the more magical your life will be. In every culture, there have been people who, through their actions, made others believe in miracles. So-called miracles are born from a deeper approach to life than most people can imagine.

Thoughts are also reverberation. if you create a powerful thought and release it into the world, it will always manifest itself. For this to happen, it is important not to confuse your thinking or weaken it by creating negative and arrogant thought patterns.

Morality itself is needed because it helps to ensure public order; however, it leads to inner emptiness. No one can comply with the moral standards that are established by most religions, and therefore most of humanity lives in a state of constant guilt, shame and fear. This is a tragically mutilated existence. Humanity also leads to social order, but it does not require any external compulsion.

When you identify with your limited ideas about morality, you become completely obsessed. Your rational thinking revolves around this identification, and you will never see the world as it is. If you want an element of spirituality to enter your life, the first thing to do is to drop rigid ideas about virtue and vices in order to learn to see life as it is.

Once you establish contact with your awareness, you no longer have to try to achieve something. You don't even have to wish or dream, because the best thing that can ever happen to you is bound to happen.

When you carefully connect with your awareness, you gain access to the most subtle dimension of the physical, called akash.
