By its very nature, the busyness of everyday life pulls us inward, away from others. The daily routine invites self-absorption. Troubles promote concentration on oneself. This in itself is destructive and can be exacerbated by the belief that well-being is a purely internal and individual process. Withdrawal and self-focus promote narcissistic behavior, which is the opposite of love and affection.

Your routine is your life. And it is very important for you to learn to enjoy your routine, and to make a routine that you can enjoy.

In any cataclysms, first of all, the person who is able to prescribe an effective routine for himself and follow it survives and wins.

When any cataclysms occur that are irreversible, then all the more strength is needed to focus on one's life. Then the more important is the routine - what you do with your life every day.

Everyone is trapped in a cage of their own cozy world. You feel especially sighted next to them. You try to wake them up, but they only pretend to listen to you: in their heads there is only the noise of their own thoughts. A few of them will be able to wake up, the rest will die without seeing themselves.
