From your island it can be seen that the entire post-Soviet space is the Middle Ages, in which we almost ride camels instead of cars. As for human rights and freedoms, I believe Kazakhstan provides basic rights. For us, the main value is our independence, we have the right to make mistakes and therefore we will move very carefully.
