Avoid anything that you are offered "free". All this is by definition a trick with distraction. These things are funded by advertising. Why you should volunteer to swallow the bait and fall for the bait?

Do not confuse all the news that's really important. Any news - whether a product, opinion or news - wants to be seen and heard. The louder noise of the world, the louder should shout the news, so consumers get noticed. Don't take this noise seriously. A large part of what is presented as something revolutionary, it does not matter. The biggest news is easy these days taken for actual events, though they are not.

The attention, time and money - three important resources. Time and money we are better known. There's even a science that deals with time and money - they're called "labour" and "capital". But what is "attention", we do not understand, although to date it is the most valuable of the three resources is the most important for success and a feeling of happiness.

Select a specific strategy for how you relate to the suffering of this world. Not necessarily it should be given me recommendations, but some strategy needs to be. This is important.
