The performance may be better or worse, but it still takes away from the negativity. And there are a lot of irritants around. We are sometimes deceived into thinking that all this negativity bypasses us. These irritants remain in us and gradually gather into a lump, which can, to put it mildly, ruin our mood for a long time.

In the theater, you can play one role brilliantly, but fail the next. Only later, when you begin to master the profession, the stage accepts you, and you calculate your strengths more correctly.

I would like the stage to be as narrow as the wire of a rope-dancer, so that inept people would not dare to step on it; now everyone considers himself gifted enough to parade on it.

- It is the same. All the same, you are either the first, or the second, or the fifth, or the twenty-fifth. It's always like that. Therefore, you need to say to yourself that way, but this does not mean at all that it will be so in reality. It is important. So you have to say in interviews to yourself, otherwise you will never get better. This is a kind of training.
