Advances in science and technology give us a deceptive sense of power. This reduces a person's ability to self-criticize and does not allow him to see that there is a huge gap between his idea of civilized humanity and reality. In this cruel world, wars and conflicts do not stop; in different parts of the planet, people die every day from hunger and violence.

Philister (Philister from German - “Philistine”) is a contemptuous name for a person with narrow views, devoted to routine; a smug philistine, an ignorant layman, distinguished by hypocritical, sanctimonious behavior. Schopenhauer defined a philistine as a person without spiritual, that is, intellectual needs, as one who has no aspirations for knowledge and understanding, who does not receive aesthetic pleasure from art, and has only physical needs.

Many other branches of science also have Greek roots. Since those times, people have invented a lot of new things, but if you dig deeper, in any innovation you will find a trace of the ancient Greek.

At the industrial level of production, genius alone no longer solves anything. We need a leader to direct the efforts of the team. This is already imperial science.

You cannot describe, discover something new if you always act according to some old well-known formulas.

Knowledge does not take up much space.

Science must treat everything as possible until the impossibility is proven by facts based on observation.

Materialists, naturalists and atheists have a fairly long history of denying the existence of things that do not fit into their very narrow, limited picture of the world. God is always number one on their list of objects of denial. But the public does not realize, and atheists do not publicize, the fact that their naturalistic, materialistic philosophy requires the denial of much more than God. They don't want the world to know this, because then people will wake up and see what a stupid picture of the world these philosophers are imposing on them. For example, the strict scientific empiricism demanded by the New Atheists—the idea that only those things exist that science observes and discovers—also requires a denial of the existence of mind. Science has not discovered intelligence. Only electrical signals can be found in the brain, but this is not the same as the mind. Have you ever seen someone else's thoughts? Have you experienced their internal states? Did you feel their emotions? No. All we see are external actions. The inner minds of others are beyond our means of perception. Does this mean that we do not believe that others have consciousness similar to ours? If we begin to consistently apply the standards of scientific empiricism that atheists actively use, we will inevitably come to this conclusion. This is absurd! This is why we reject scientific empiricism and the simple-minded atheism based on it.

Gentlemen, I'm lecturing. Why, you ask? Two different things: what I know and what I don’t know. I sell drugs and give thoughts. Come and listen. Science is calling you. Prick up your ears well; if they are small, not much truth will fall into them; if they are large, a lot of stupidity will enter into them.

Only those who have vital, energy-giving love can live by science and remain a living person.

No matter how much I pour clean borscht into your dirty plate, you will refuse because the dishes are dirty. There is no point in weeding the weeds in the garden. if you don't cultivate culture. And yet, science does not develop otherwise than through the search for errors.
