Immortality - a gift?... Or a curse?

Time is running. Make the most of today. Time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift. And that's why it's called real.

Modest talents and its subtle shades can be appreciated only in the circle of close acquaintances.

A terrible mistake of modern man: identification of life with action, thought, etc., and already almost complete inability to live, that is, to feel, perceive, "live" life as a non-stop gift. Going to the station under a fine, already spring rain, seeing, feeling, realizing the movement of a sunbeam along the wall - this is not only an "also" event, this is the very reality of life. Not a condition for action and thought, not their indifferent background, but that, in essence, for the sake of which (so that it is, felt, “lived”) and it is worth acting and thinking. And this is so because it is only in this that God gives us to feel Himself, and not in action and not in thought.

I gave my heart - where is yours?

You are bitter that someday you will have to part with someone. But after all, each of us will be born and just as inevitably die. And the drama of people is that they cannot prepare themselves for separation from their loved ones. If a mother understood that her children are only treasures given to her for storage, for temporary storage, she would, seeing in them God's gift, which should be returned to her improved, polished, would not look for herself in children, but would see in them that power of the highest, one love, which creates in the whole universe.

Immortality is not a gift, but a curse. It is difficult to live, realizing that you are eternal, and your children and grandchildren will die before your eyes.

Memory is truly a divine gift. We must always remember who we are and where we come from.

You really are a stupid child. Your father exposed your ability to believe in what others do not see as an incredible gift. But it wouldn't hurt you to start believing what you see.

In the cinema, it is not clear who is the host and who is the guest. The production side of the movie is absolutely unbearable. I am absolutely convinced that film directing is a male profession. To combine the gift of creativity and organization is an impossible thing. Even the latest hack is difficult to remove.
