If fate has doomed you to a difficult life, do not despair. Yes, the world can be cruel and not always fair, but demonstrate unshakable fortitude and overcome all difficulties along the way. It may not be an easy path, but this is how we mature and achieve true success. Don't forget that good results require effort and work. Let the difficulties that arise along the way become our teachers and help us better understand the essence of life. Through them we grow and become stronger. It is these difficulties that will open up incomprehensible opportunities and new horizons for us in life. Not everyone has an easy way to become wealthy and live in abundance. However, don’t give up and don’t rely on chance. Take your life into your own hands and prove to yourself, or you can prove to other people, that even in the face of a difficult fate, you are capable of becoming a worthy and persistent person on Earth. But perhaps other people will not care about this, except yourself, not counting your family.

Some health gurus have taught us that the best way to grow and cultivate vitality is to look in the mirror. Working as a psychiatrist showed me that we do better if we turn away from the mirror and look out the window. Moreover, I hope that you will open the door and step safely into the world. Choose vitality by challenging yourself, connecting with others, and contributing to the greater good in every way possible.

I believe in man, in his amazing vitality, which does not fade even at the bottom of a deep ditch and is capable of helping him overcome the greatest degeneration, and I believe: this vitality is so strong and so tempting that it will always be felt as hope and as challenge, and that force that allows a person to dream about his high possibilities and again and again brings him out of the bestial state is always the same, no matter what it is called: today - religion, tomorrow - reason, the day after tomorrow - somehow differently.

When you encounter difficult situations in your life's journey, face them with an open heart and confidently repeat to yourself: an unshakable strength awakens within me to overcome this challenge, and no emotional turmoil can undermine my resolve.

Do not lose optimism, despite the growing problems in the world and in your environment. This is a challenge that must be accepted courageously. Believe in a person’s ability to do great things, without faith in a person, life loses its wonderfulness, create for the happiness of your loved ones and everyone else, live fully and enjoy life.

But here it is, the story. All her details unfolded around me. And it had nothing to do with being chosen or not being chosen. He didn't write letters for me. He did not challenge loneliness for me. And this truth I needed to swallow: people don't live your life for you; it's up to you to do it. You have to be someone who dives deep enough and whispers words that people can't always say for you, whether you fully believe in them or not: “I choose you. I choose you".

By the will of fate, I became a witness to the unpunished, inhumane crimes of the Kyiv regime: massacres, violence, reprisals against any dissent. And, of course, I could not stand aside when a sniper so easily kills a grandmother in the garden, or an electrician repairing wires on a pole, or a Russian child playing on a sports ground. This seems to be the most important case that has fallen to my lot. This is the most serious challenge in my entire life, and I could not help but enter into this duel. And I have no regrets.

If you cannot believe in your ability to achieve something, then you will not be able to challenge and overcome your fears and limitations.

There is always hope, and there are always people - unfortunately a small minority - who defy dry statistics and manage to live a few more years.

It doesn't matter how many times you fall, it matters how many times you get up and how many steps you take forward. So get up and take that step. Challenge difficulties.
