It is easy to go to meanness and break allegiance to your devoted friend. But to wake up your conscience and sincerely apologize for all the harm done, to try to restore good relations with him after your betrayal is much harder.

It is not difficult to abuse the kindness and naivety of a person to your advantage. Appreciating him, always being faithful to him and responding to good things in the same way is much harder, but it's worth it.

“Like an acorn becomes a big oak…” What an amazingly liberating and inspiring image! He forever changed my approach to psychotherapy, offering a new vision: my task is to remove the obstacles blocking the path of patients. I don't have to do all the work myself; I am not obligated to inspire the patient with a desire to develop, to invest in him curiosity, will, striving for life, caring, loyalty, or any of the myriad characteristics that make us human. No, my task is to identify and remove obstacles. Everything else, I thought, would follow automatically, spurred on by the drive and forces of self-actualization within the patient.

Love is a willingness to sacrifice oneself, a desire to make another person happy, a willingness to endure another, endure his shortcomings, endure his weaknesses, endure his imperfections. And not just endure in silence, gritting your teeth, with malice, with irritation, but with hope, with the hope of a change for the better. Help him in his moral growth, in his spiritual perfection. When you are ready to give yourself all to another: both your soul and body, and feelings, and time, and prosperity - everything is for another. This loyalty to another in everything is love - the basis of marriage.

Naively trusting a girl, you can end up with one of two things: either a girl who will always be faithful to you and appreciate you as a good, loyal friend, or a life lesson for her whole life.

They don't hate me for who I am, but for who they are - because they've gone astray and I haven't. The chronicles of our enemies call us all traitors, but I did not change sides. I have always been exactly where I am now, aware of myself and the universe that created me. Every breath I took was a lie to everyone but myself. In a way, this is a purity that no one else in this grand army of renegades can boast of.

The possibility of treason always exists where allegiance is sworn.

The son is a reflection of his father. In his soul he bears the features of his father's image. These traits can be good or bad, beautiful or ugly, glorious or shameful. The son's love for his father, the fear that he carries in his soul, the malice that he harbored against his father, his hatred will sooner or later burst to the surface like a broken spring. This spring will be so strong that everything around will perish under the pressure of its waters. He will destroy everything beautiful and the son's gaze will never again be calm and serene, as it was when fidelity reigned in the relationship, and neither love nor compassion will remain in the son's heart.

The one who is treated unfairly will never be faithful.

Like banners in a case, I keep them in my soul.

The dog is your most devoted friend. She will never ask you for a life in abundance, because a dog is not a person - not a girl, not a woman, not a man - to be obsessed with money and break strong friendships just because you began to earn less. She will always be faithful to you and will never betray, because you are of great value to her. She loves you much more than your girlfriend or wife - even more than herself. Never forget this!
