I consider myself incredibly lucky in my life with this job. All I want to do next in my career is to continue to act in films, to play different roles that would surprise, inspire people, make them change their attitude towards life.

I don't think it's a disgrace to be an actor. The story in the film can be simple, but told with soul... Sometimes I feel like I'm not the kind of person that the big high cinema industry needs. Since childhood, I have had the feeling that I am not worthy of anything more than I have.

Where are they all? In the cinema, right?

Nolly and I went to the movies a couple of weeks ago. There was more gore in this western than I've seen in all my years in Korea. The kids ate popcorn and giggled.

The cinema advertised two films at once: Corpsemen and Bloody

Life is like a silent movie. Everyone tries to tell each other something secret, but most often, it remains unheard.

Life is not cinema or theater. In it, all people play the same role.

If there is a reincarnation, then it does not manifest itself in the way that the authors of science fiction books and films try to impose. Let's say it's not my first time on Earth, but so what? I don’t remember my past mistakes, I don’t remember the key moments, and - unlike the same “Groundhog Day” - every day (and life in general) is perceived and written from a blank sheet. In other words, even if there is a reincarnation, what should be comforting or frightening about it for me? This boils down to the thought experiment “Schrödinger’s Cat”, when you don’t know whether he is alive or dead, but if in the experiment you can open the box and find out what state the animal is in, then in life it is impossible to check your choices and what each one leads to - and all that remains is to juggle probabilities.

So I am my attention. If it's mine, then I'm me. And if my attention is absorbed by something, then it’s like I don’t exist, but there is only this movie that swallowed me up.

This is what everyone should know about the stars. We like to hear that we are adored, and we want to be repeated as often as possible. Already in later times, people often approached me with such words: “You are, of course, tired of listening to all these delights and praises,” and I always, as if in jest, answered: “Oh, one more time will not be superfluous.” But the truth is, praise is like a drug. The more you get, the more it takes to keep your balance.

Life is like in the movies only in the movies.

The last rays of the November sun. I love autumn, but I always say goodbye to it easily. I already want winter comfort, lightness, light and white mood. I will never stop loving this time of the year. I will not stop listening to Christmas albums with the most sincere songs and jazz compositions, I will not stop watching good New Year's comedies and touching black and white movies. I will not stop waiting for loved ones to visit, so that I can watch some very sentimental New Year and Christmas movie for the thousandth time or go to the theater together for another holiday story, and then to a warm cozy place with delicious coffee and cakes. Yes, and I just will not stop believing in a fairy tale and a miracle in these New Year's Eve days. December will come very soon, which will unite us all, return us to childhood, and make us believe in magic again.

Often talented people are written off when they turn 50-60 years old. But the saddest thing is that with age we only get better.
