We are used to thinking that memories are facts, once and for all recorded and sorted. In fact, everything that has happened to you since that very event has changed your memories of him, and you perceive him through a new view each time. A filter that changes memories, obscures, exaggerates, combines and distorts. But the original experience still lives inside you, because the brain remembers everything that has happened to you since birth, to the smallest detail. The problem is that we are unable to remember it. Unable to clear the filter of time and see the truth again.

To train your thinking, always come up with several alternative versions of the event, and then your thinking will become closer to reality.

When you are grateful for things, people, and events, you will notice that you attract more positive things, people, and events into your life.

To be honest with yourself, you can always analyze almost all the events that happen in your life and understand that you yourself helped create these situations.

Let go of what's gone. Let go of what might happen. Let go of what is happening now. Don't try to understand anything. Don't force things. Relax - right now - and rest.

Of course, we cannot control all the events that occur in our lives, but the actions and decisions that we make control our lives.

Expect great events and they will surely happen.

How to scientifically explain what intuition is? As a scientist, I cannot do this. Intuition - what is it? This is uncertainty, and it does not obey logic. At the same time, it significantly dominates logical thinking. For millions of years, man relied only on it. Thanks to intuition, a person sees a picture of reality. In general, he seems to have a premonition. And sometimes he sees events that should only happen.

The Universe, like a needlewoman, weaves the lace of our life, weaving invaluable experience, people, unusual events and creates a unique and inimitable ornament of our destiny.

Men willingly exaggerate this influence when they want to convince a woman of her superiority; but in fact, women's voices are silent as soon as a specific action begins; women could provoke the outbreak of war, but could not suggest tactics for conducting a battle; they influenced politics only insofar as politics was reduced to intrigues - the true reins of government in the world were never in women's hands; women did not have any impact on technology and the economy, did not create or destroy states, did not open states, did not open new worlds. Many events happened because of them, but they were primarily a pretext, not actors.

The one who is silent honestly retells the events.
