There are two reasons for harassment of a person in the team. One of them is the apathy and indifference of those who occupy leadership positions. We are talking about teachers in schools, heads of companies and so on. The second reason is the inability of the weak to protect themselves, and also in the error which he commits, comes into opposition to all the staff, while the need to confront the leader.
