Christ is Love, which transforms the old into the new, gives birth to the new.

Everyone is going against Russia, that is, against the Church of Christ, for the Russian people are God-bearers, the true faith of Christ is kept in them.

Without abstinence, deprivation, firmness of character and sacrifice, one cannot be a Christian, a wife, a mother, or a guide.

If we do not kindle the warmth of faith in our hearts, then faith can be completely extinguished in us due to negligence; Christianity, with all its sacraments, may, as it were, die completely for us. The enemy is only trying to extinguish faith in the heart and bring into oblivion all the truths of Christianity. That is why we see people who are Christians by name only, but by their deeds they are perfect pagans.

This parable [About the lost sheep and the lost drachma] testifies that each of us is dear to God, beloved, everyone is needed and infinitely valuable for God. And the Lord watches over the fate of everyone and, out of love for him, ascends to the Cross. Only for the Christian worldview it became obvious that a person cannot have a price and one cannot put the question like this: are ninety-nine people more valuable than one or not? A person himself can sacrifice himself for the sake of others, he is free to make such a decision, but for the Lord everyone is infinitely dear.

Beware of astrology, because at its core it means blind fatalism. According to Christian teaching, man is higher than the stars.

It is not enough for parents to simply be godly. We must not yet force children, trying to make them good through pressure. It is possible to turn your children away from Christ by selfishly following religious principles.

There are people who believe, but do almost nothing. Those who truly love Christ are distinguished by action. Others listen, but these do. Those who do His will are pleasing to Christ. His followers are sent into the world not just to know, to believe, to make a profession out of His name, to dream, but to act.

The goal of the Christian life is not to resist temptation, but to acquire virtue. We are called to seek the kingdom of God, not just avoid hell. This subtle shift in focus allows our home to be a place where we learn to love rather than one where we just try not to hurt. Remember that the gospel is called "Glad Tidings" and not "List of Things We Shouldn't Do"

Nothing softens and beautifies life like prayer.

Carry one another's pregnancies, and thus fulfill the law of Christ.

We want to convey to the children that the church is necessary and is the source and center of life, because Christ is necessary for us and is the source and center of our life. Connecting our homes to the Church is how we respond to boredom in the church. The church is very boring if we do not participate in what happens in it. If we do not understand the liturgy, the psalms, the readings, the images and sounds of the church, it is difficult to be attentive. The closer children get to know what they see, hear and smell in church, the more willingly they participate in its life. We help them become involved in the liturgical life of the Church by bringing the customs of the Church into our homes.

Therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, put on mercy, goodness, humility, meekness, long-suffering, condescending to one another and forgiving each other, if anyone has a complaint against anyone: as Christ forgave you, so you too.
