Everyone in the world has their own experiences or problems.
The origins of fear in Freud coincide with the "scientific thesis" in 1 John. However, the diametrical difference is that the author of the message speaks of love in a spiritual sense, and Freud in its elementary, sexual meaning (libido). But is the chasm insurmountable? We do not want to narrow it down, but it is worth considering the following: it is indisputable that even the highest spiritual experiences do not pass in the mental life without bodily sensations, although they do not have to be sexual. Some psychologists, the same William James and Karl Lange, even went so far as to mistakenly believe that feelings are just the result of innervation of muscles and blood vessels ... higher intellectual functions. On the other hand, Freud, studying sex drive, over time expanded the concept of sexuality, admitting into it the Platonic idea of Eros and the German word "Liebe" - love. This terminology has led to endless confusion. But Freud emphasized more than once: by "sexuality" he means everything that includes the word "love" - and if you remember this, the objection that his theory is pansexual loses its validity. This view is supported by other arguments. And I do not know of a single psychologist who can argue against John, who brings fear out of love. Only in the Bible is fear perceived more spiritually and therefore not as widely as in modern psychology.

Remember this wise thought: never chase after the repentance of a vile person - this is a pointless waste of time and nerves. Only through self-acceptance, the absence of intrapersonal conflict, the understanding that experiences poison us from the inside, we notice how life is certainly getting better ~ experiences, a sense of loneliness, dissatisfaction with life disappears and a person becomes happy, walking along the planned path with confidence and faith in inner strength.
Through sincere inner pain and suffering, and later ~ through introspection and expansion of our consciousness, we come to the fact that we can solve the existing problem. But not always pain and suffering can lead to introspection and problem solving, some people, having a limited consciousness, cling to the pain and experience of what seems to them that there is more comfortable - but this is self-deception, sincere comfort is felt only when a person is happy. Only by expanding your consciousness and going beyond the limited vision of the problem ~ can you solve your problem and feel happy in life.
There is no point in looking for a sweet life where you will never experience adversity, disappointment and other difficult experiences. That doesn't happen.
Do not bring yourself to depression because of desperate self-pity - this is a meaningless waste of time and effort. Sooner or later, life will change for the better - provided that you make an effort to do so. But it will never be perfect. And if so, then it is worth learning to be happy here and now, regardless of the circumstances.
