For me, being a human being and then also being an artist is always a very difficult path. But it seems to me that the most important thing for a person and for an artist, for a person who goes on stage, going on it, is always to strive for something more, to develop and grow. And growth and development is always a desire and ability to hear and listen, regardless of whether things are pleasant or unpleasant to us.

What is personal growth? If a person becomes more: interests, and therefore incentives to live - the meaningful filling of life, the ability to analyze - to distinguish one from the other, the ability to synthesize - to see the connections of events and phenomena, understanding of people (including oneself), and with that the opportunities forgiving, inner freedom and independence, responsibility taken voluntarily, love for the world and people (including oneself), this means that a person grows personally.

The growth of the well-being of society reaches its maximum, and the distribution of the optimum resources when conditions are created in society for the implementation of any project, if it does not worsen anything, without harming anyone, improves the position of at least one person.

For 30 years we have been treading water, we are all promised some breakthrough technologies, millions of jobs, and none of this. Stalin in 10 years turned peasant Russia into an industrial power and the second power of the world. Then in four years he won the hardest war, and then also restored the economy. Unemployment was eliminated, the largest scientific centers, tens of thousands of industrial enterprises were created, there was a constant increase in the welfare of Soviet citizens, not a handful of billionaires, but namely tens and hundreds of millions of people. For the first time in the world, a universal system of full-fledged secondary education and retraining of personnel was created. Even after putting housing into operation, we cannot catch up with the Soviet Union. In the Soviet Union, more than 100 million square meters of housing were built per year, and 99.9% of this housing was free. Now it's the opposite.

Find yourself, make your own and the good will grow without effort. When you are going to visit another country, you should first find out all the unpleasant surprises about it.

Or the question of our poverty. Where is the growth of the economy? Question to the deputies: when will you raise the issue of the law on the Central Bank? Which should become a sovereign Central Bank.

Such manifestations are characteristic of all men without exception and are a consequence of the lack of certain qualities, such as responsiveness and sensitivity to others. However, over time, these qualities are introduced in one way or another. This can be achieved partly through education, partly through one's own efforts aimed at personal growth; but nothing contributes to their consolidation to a greater extent than the influence of a wise woman walking side by side through life.
