It happens that thoughts are drawn deep. Souls. Hearts. They are dragged along a variety of unexpected paths, thrown off the track and stumbling over gravel. Sometimes there are simply no thoughts. Not in my head. Not from the past. Vacuum. You are uncomfortable in these states, but they are. You go to the mirror, straighten a strand of naughty hair. Look into your eyes. Yourself. Deep. For a long time. You inhale the air as far as you can into your lungs. You agree with the dizziness that comes with a sharp surge of oxygen. You hold your breath. Look to look in the reflection. Exhale. You smile. And you find peace. Long and smooth, like untouched by the wind expanse of water. And that's it.

Only with peace of mind, you can create.

You're only calm when you're dead, brother.

To be in a state of hygge means to feel peace of mind, the fullness of life, your security and the immediate joy of the moment.
