The West would like to exclude from the process of working out global solutions those who have their own, different point of view. Fresh example. The idea of convening a democracy summit put forward by the US administration. The participants, of course, will be determined by Washington itself, arrogating to itself the right to determine the degree of compliance of a country with democratic standards. In fact, this initiative is quite in the spirit of the Cold War, proclaiming a new ideological crusade against all dissent. Moreover, this line is being pursued against the background of Biden's speeches and words that the United States does not want the division of the world into opposing blocs. In fact, the summit of democracy will become a step towards the split of the world community into friends and foes. It is also significant that while declaring the priority of democracy in its relations with any partners, Washington is concerned exclusively with the situation within the respective countries. As soon as it comes to the establishment of democracy in the field of international relations, the United States, and all its allies, lose interest in the conversation. Nobody, they say, can infringe on the authority of NATO and the European Union. These are the rules.

Question to Biden: are you responsible for your West? Then what's the dialogue? The point is not that I have some kind of irrational Americanophobia. Our problem, the problem of Russians, Russians, is that we want to see this dialogue. But he is not. And it's time to part with these illusions forever. The values of our culture - we agreed, shook hands, but this is not there and never will be. And you don't need to transfer these things there. Let's leave this wonderful tradition in our country.

I've talked about it. The only way to organize the modern world is to recognize to the West that Russia and China are the rightful leaders of this world. And they have their own interests and the right to ensure them, and the West must come to terms with this, which it is not ready to accept. But I have to, I don't see any other ways out of this situation.

Regarding the struggle for democracy. If you look at these things in the laboratory, you can probably talk about democracy. But it is important to form your own terminological language. Because in the current situation, as soon as you start talking about democracy, you say the word democracy, you immediately get into their system of measuring what democracy is, what non-democracy is, what is right democracy, when it is enough or insufficient. It so happened that the West built a system of argumentation, arrogated to itself the right to determine where it is and where it is not. What can be done in this situation? You can rethink these things in your terminology. To form your own model through your own language, your own approaches to both economy and democracy,

Now unilateral non-legitimate sanctions are being multiplied against our country, which are launched on the basis of arbitrary attribution, at the discretion of the European Union. Dialogue based on facts is preferred to unfounded accusations in the spirit of Highly likely and the presumption of innocence has been replaced by a presumption of guilt. Just by definition. Even now, our British colleague recently said that what happened in Belarus could not have happened without Moscow's knowledge. So this mentality continues to apply to all situations. And in general, there is interference in the internal affairs of Russia and the states allied to us. In fact, according to our assessment, the entire policy of the European Union in the Russian direction is linked to the implementation of the Minsk agreements, which require, among other things, a direct dialogue between Kiev and Donetsk and Lugansk, and which the Ukrainian leadership openly sabotages with the support of Brussels. Let me remind you that President Zelensky bluntly stated that we do not like the Minsk agreements, but we want them to remain in force, because as long as they are in force, sanctions against Russia will remain. That is, the European Union now essentially agrees that the unity of Ukraine, peace in the Donbass is sacrificed by Kiev to the preservation of anti-Russian sanctions. We know. that there are many in Europe who are aware of the counter-productivity of such a course against our country, and we hope that common sense will eventually prevail and we will be able to begin to develop a new balanced model of relations based on the principles of international law. Russia is invariably open to such equal and honest cooperation. This does not mean that we will leave without reaction new unfriendly steps, attempts to talk from a position of strength, interference in internal affairs. Such attempts are being prepared, and this is already being openly discussed. But the answer is sure to follow.

And the one who believes that Vlasov loved the Motherland so much and wanted to liberate it with the help of Hitler, and Leningrad did not need to be defended, he will build a different image of the future. This is the meaning of historicism.

The West can be understood. From their point of view, Russia deceived them. Because in 1991, Russia completely abandoned its past, declared that it is not an empire, and that's all, we will never be an empire. We wanted to be part of the Western world. We came to them. got into their car. They said we would do everything as you say. And then suddenly, somehow, this country grew, and again became today a super-power, which has a huge influence, and in many respects, for example, in terms of weapons, suddenly overtook.
We can't figure out how it came about. Because I remember well the 90s, when there was a complete feeling that our country was over, and it would never rise again. Apparently, because there are most of the passionate people in the country, who everyone in their place was able to preserve something.

And such sorrow seizes the heart, such sorrow for the lost people, for the devastated land, that it seems that this sorrow - deep, indestructible, unquenchable - like a punishing right hand, will someday rise above the vile country that has fed these degenerates who now, pressed by us, they retreat farther and farther along the snowy roads leading to the west.
