This is the consciousness of people who believe in themselves, in their exclusiveness, and at the same time have very little idea of what is happening in the rest of the world. This is a feature of the United States, in many respects now of the Western consciousness, which the Americans are adjusting to their mental stereotype. This is what we are dealing with. We are really dealing with a quasi-religious consciousness, where there is no room for doubt, where there is no room for admitting our own ignorance, and where there is no positive place for our country.

The United States today must be defeated not by military force, and not even by economy. One must win with the image of the future. Ideology is only part of the image of the future.

Russia and China are the main threats to the United States. Because Russia and China are two countries that do not allow the United States to maintain the order that it has been trying to maintain since 1945 - the unequal distribution of wealth. That from the side of freedom they will come up with the so-called culture of abolition, or the culture of exclusion, the modern form of ostracism that is now so widespread in the United States. Nobody, they say, can infringe on the authority of NATO and the European Union. These are the rules.
