This delusion, that is, the “religious delusion,” must be deeply and constantly experienced to such an extent that people suffering from it do not even suspect that they are mentally unbalanced. But to claim that most people are so profoundly and persistently deluded and prone to making such serious cognitive errors is to dismiss the human mind itself and its ability to accurately recognize and understand the world. Such a statement casts great doubt on reason and, therefore, on the conclusions of materialistic atheists themselves, who rely entirely on the ability of the human mind to understand its place in the Universe and discover its greatest secrets. In other words, the recognition of the supernatural is so universal in nature and, therefore, so inherent in human nature and the human mind’s perception of the surrounding world that to discredit this general concept of the supernatural means to discredit the human mind itself, along with the ability of humanity to be in this world and perceive it as he really is. This is the idea that materialistic atheism holds without realizing the self-destructive nature of its program.

In the old days, warriors with their leaders attacked defenseless inhabitants and subjugated them to themselves and robbed them, and everyone, according to their participation, their courage, cruelty, shared the booty, and it was clear to each warrior that the violence he committed was beneficial to him. Now, however, armed people, taken mainly from the workers, go against defenseless people, strikers, rebels or inhabitants of foreign countries, and subdue them and rob them (i.e., force them to give their labor) not for themselves, but for people who do not even participate in the conquest. The only difference between conquerors and governments is that the conquerors themselves, with their wars, attacked defenseless inhabitants and, in case of disobedience, carried out their threats of torture and murder, while governments do not themselves carry out, in case of disobedience, torture and murder of unarmed inhabitants , but they force deceived people to do this, and especially for this brutalized people, taken from the very people that they rape. So that the former violence was carried out by personal efforts: the courage, cruelty, dexterity of the conquerors themselves; the present violence is produced by deceit.

To deliver people from their misfortunes and from slavery, it is necessary that they understand that governments are not the most necessary and sacred institutions, which cannot be treated otherwise than with humility and reverence, as people are constantly inspired to do. Governments, like churches, cannot be treated otherwise than with reverence or disgust. And it is time for people to understand that governments are not only unnecessary, but also harmful and highly immoral institutions in which an honest and self-respecting person cannot and should not participate and whose benefits cannot and should not enjoy. And as soon as people clearly understand this, then naturally they will cease to participate in those affairs, that is, to give soldiers and money to governments. And as soon as the majority of people stop doing this, then the deception that enslaves people will be destroyed by itself. Only in this way can people be freed from slavery.

And although most of those who asked knew as well as I did that millions of innocent people were being repressed, my answer “No way” suited no one. Most people are so violently subjective that nothing really interests them but themselves.
