Instead of me

It's not you who just said it, it's a TV - come on, my friend, learn to think for yourself.

As she and I sat in a cafe and she told me about cappuccino, I wondered why I was always lucky to meet people just at the moment when they were about to weigh anchor and go somewhere else. That's the question! To be honest, I almost stopped asking them. Why is our time always running out? Why exactly when you think you need a person who will do something really crazy, like complete you almost completely, does he tell you that he has a plane ticket in his pocket? He is leaving. But it's people like Libby who make me think that even if a person has only twenty-four hours before a plane or train, it's still worth taking the risk and trying to get to know them better. These people will teach you a lot. And when this thing inside of them starts screaming "run, run, run" - there is no choice but to let them go. I have not yet seen a single person who has gone out into the world - participating in the search with all his heart - and has not returned more knowledgeable than he thought himself. That's what I think about those people who come into our lives with plane tickets: you have to let them go. Let them see what is there - “out there somewhere”.

I never published it. Maybe one day I will. It's good to know that there is a bulletin board that holds all hope, and that all the places we go and the people we stare at and the letters we leave for others to find are not in vain.

She wrote on the back of the cover, "Promise you'll never forget me, because if I think you'll forget me, I'll never leave." One day we found this quote in the hostel, carved into an old wooden bunk. And, alas, she lost some of her value for us when we found out that Piglet was the first to say these words to Winnie the Pooh.

A person who does not know how to think is not difficult to define. He explains with eternity as if he went to the store for beer and met an old acquaintance.

I think about you even when I don't feel like thinking about anything at all.

But, and I, is not his child at all, but only a shadow of his perfection, which, with his inherent patience, he teaches the right manners.

Deprive me of my head so that when I die, I may meet my brothers again. Aren't people born to be free? Aren't we free to think without limits, without fear of discussing anything aloud? Believe in anything, love anyone, be anyone ... When you were with me, I was indescribably happy. I never stopped thinking about the times when we could live together without any worries, but in the end it turned out to be just a naive dream. I, too, like narcissists, are full of pretentiousness. The world is not yet ready for people like us.

No matter how long we have to live, be it just one day or sixty years, we will never have enough time to try everything we want. Life is too short to constantly think about risks.

It's good sometimes to stop talking, stop thinking, and for a change, just be.

Analyze the past rather than think about the future.

The worst thing is when the actor has nothing to think about.

When they do not know what to think, they wishful thinking. But it would be better to proceed from the worst assumptions, abandoning illusions.
